Fetchandpawsgear will honor returns within 30 days with an unopened product.

If you are unsatisfied with your product, please speak with a store associate so that we can assist you.

Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded.

Please make sure all items are in original condition with tags. Include a copy of the order confirmation email.

If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.

Please allow 7-14 days after delivery for your refund to be processed.

Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be subject to restocking fees or denial of the refund.
